Creative Therapy Consultants is dedicated to working out all grievances or complaints to best serve CTC customers, while maintaining the integrity of the policies, regulations and educational opportunities. CTC will review your Grievance or Complaint and respond within 60 days of your submission. Please complete the form below and submit any supporting documents related to your grievance/complaint.
Grievances, Complaints and Appeals Process & Policy
Grievances or complaints that question the eligibility requirements, application, examination content, testing procedures, retesting procedures, testing standards or other specific items will be accepted by Creative Therapy Consultants (CTC) through written online submission below within 30 days of the concern (i.e. testing). The applicant, candidate, certificant may present documents or other material through the online submittal.
All efforts for remediation will be made, and third-party expertise will be obtained if needed, for any grievance or complaint filed. Creative Therapy Consultants team, including President, Kara Ann Waitzman, will review all complaints/grievances within 30 days of written receipt as part of its quality control processes and with intention for remediation if possible. CTC’s President will contact the candidate/applicant of the final decision within sixty (60) days of receipt of the grievance/complaint.
Should the candidate desire to appeal the decision, the candidate must submit a written appeal request HERE within fifteen (15) days of receipt of CTC’s decision. The CTC team will consider the appeal within sixty (60) days.
During the appeal, the CTC team will only review whether a decision by CTC was inappropriate if: 1) the decision was based on material errors of fact, or 2) CTC failed to follow published criteria, policies, and procedures. Only facts and conditions up to and including the time of the CTC decision will be considered during the appeal. The CTC team action is final.
